Louise Robertson
is a highly acclaimed software instructor who specializes in helping people learn how to use all versions Microsoft Office including MS Office 2010. Her Microsoft software training courses help people improve their proficiency and productivity with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.

She helps people learn how to use Microsoft Office 2010 by working with them in her computer training office located in Burlington, ON and by conducting on-site training MS Office training courses and programs.

She demonstrates how to use effectively utilize Microsoft Office 2010 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) and shows how to reduce errors and mistakes while increasing productivity. Her patient approach and use of practical, real-life examples help her clients apply their new-found knowledge into their daily routine. Her clients report productivity increases of up to 56% when using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.

Kelley Robertson is a seasoned business professional and highly skilled sales trainer and sales keynote speaker who is well-known for delivering persuasive and compelling sales keynote presentations and sales training workshops.

The first 20 years of his career was in the hospitality industry where he learned how to deliver exceptional customer service, hire and motivate employees, deal with challenging customers and help restaurant owners and operators achieve better sales and higher profits. He opened 16 restaurants and was responsible for hiring and training more than 1500 employees, managers and owners. He has extensive experience in the franchise business and is a frequent contributor to Canadian Business Franchise magazine.

In 1995 he left the restaurant industry to work with Sony Canada and during his tenure he was instrumental in helping the Sony Stores become a Canadian leader in consumer electronics. He developed programs that propelled significant increases in sales and customer loyalty. His training programs and resources have been recognized around the globe by the Sony Corporation and are now used by Sony Latin America and Sony Mexico.

Kelley is passionate about helping companies improve their competitive advantage. His high energy and engaging approach makes him an in-demand keynote speaker at sales conferences, corporate meetings, and retreats. He works with individuals and groups ranging in size from 6 to 250.
